HAMELIN · MODELING AGENCY
Frequently asked questions
How HAMELIN works; from an application to a professional booking.
Why do the main photos look like selfies?
The main photograph is a profile image supplied by each talent. We prioritise natural, real portraits for a clear first presentation; campaigns and professional productions are shown in their portfolios.
How does talent join HAMELIN?
Applications are reviewed by HAMELIN. The process may include identity checks and biometric verification before a profile is published and Talent Portal access is enabled.
Does HAMELIN work with AI models?
Yes, when the talent has expressly consented to a digital representation or AI model associated with their image. Participation is voluntary and managed separately.
Who can request a model?
Professional requests are intended for brands, agencies, production companies, editorials and professionals or businesses with an identifiable project. HAMELIN reviews requests before confirming a booking.
Can I contact a model directly?
Not through HAMELIN. Professional proposals, castings and bookings for represented talent are managed exclusively through the agency.
How do usage rights work?
Each booking defines authorised uses, media, territory and duration. Specific terms are set out in the proposal and project terms; some bookings may include minimum six-month licence periods.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. HAMELIN operates through a virtual structure and coordinates both on-site productions and remote projects.
